They will encounter difficulty, failure, and joy. Please keep your hands off their project. The best way for an adult to help is first connect with their feelings, ask them questions, and share what your observations are. If an adult will be joining the zoom session they should have their own workspace, tools, and build their own. This way the adult models and avoids stealing the learning out of the child’s hands. THE BOX OF SUPPLIES A supply box will be sent out to each participant and participating adults. These boxes contain the components and supplies for the workshop. For the Sunny Circuits workshop the box will include solar panels, different motors, speed controllers, and different components for connecting it all. This box is not a kit and will require the creators to invent solutions and make the project their own.
